Medicare Insurance Sales offers opportunities for a lucrative "calendar year end" or year-round Part Time or Full Time Income. Other than having a positive attitude and a naturally persuasive personality, no experience is necessary as we provide complete training via the internet. What about leads? Medicare Beneficiaries are uncertainty and have questions regarding the recently enacted star ratings and the projected funding cuts. We also work with CPA's and Elder Care Attorneys on a cross referral basis. For example, many of our customers who do not medically qualify for Long Term Care insurance still want to have their assets pass along to their children or charity. Otherwise, their home and all of their assets must be sold and the proceeds turned over to the nursing home. For about $1,500, Elder Care Attorneys can set up a "5 year lookback" Medicaid Planning Trust. By gifting their assets to the children, a Trust or to a Charitable Foundation, beginning in the 6th year, a Senior qualifies for Medicaid to pay their nursing home bill.

The recently passed legislation, the Affordable Care Act is giving us an ample supply of leads as the Baby Boomer market is eager to information and assistance. With the withdrawal of the legislation for the Community Living and Assistance Services and Support (CLASS Act), the market for Long Term Care Insurance has ample leads from those in the 45 - 70 year age range. We anticipate a revival in interest in the stock market in the next year or two. As a result, our investment division will sponsor qualified Candidates to sit for the Series 6 and 63 exams, and Sales Managers will be eligible for the prestigious Series 26, in order to supervise their Investment Brokers. 

Our mortgage division also offers the increasingly popular reverse mortgages. One reason that our particular version of reverse mortgages are so popular and don't incur the usual consumers' wrath of the high origination points and fees is that as a Brokerage, we reduce the origination and discount points and other discretionary fees far below the competition. This ensures a happy customer who is willing to invest those funds with us, typically in a "guaranteed refund" payout annuity which will ensure that family members, typically sons and daughters (or their charity) will receive the remainder of their annuity. In short, we are finding that this Senior Market is lucrative and we enjoy providing assistance in our roles as their Financial Advisors.
